Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, pricing, inventory, promotional, technical, or product-information errors may occasionally occur.

Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or decline an affected order before fulfillment when an obvious or material error has occurred.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel because of such an error, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that VastaVault has accepted the order.

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, product unavailability, material pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment and no other amount is legitimately owed, the appropriate refund will be issued.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may enter processing or fulfillment shortly after being submitted.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a requested change or cancellation when possible, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Customized, personalized, print-on-demand, special-order, or similar products may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions.

7. Shipping Information and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

This includes, where applicable:

• Recipient name;
• Street address;
• Apartment, suite, or unit number;
• City;
• State;
• ZIP or postal code;
• Telephone number; and
• Other information necessary to complete delivery.

Customers should carefully review this information before submitting an order.

If you discover an error after placing an order, contact support@vastavault.com immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct an address when possible, but an address change cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

If an order can no longer be modified and becomes lost, returned, refused, discarded, delayed, or undeliverable because of incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, VastaVault does not guarantee a refund, replacement, rerouting, or free reshipment, except where required by applicable law.

Additional shipping or redelivery charges resulting from incorrect customer-provided information may be the customer’s responsibility.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Processing and delivery may be affected by carriers, fulfillment facilities, customs authorities, weather, transportation disruptions, peak demand, incorrect shipping information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party fulfillment providers and may originate from different fulfillment facilities depending on product availability and destination.

Products purchased together may therefore arrive in separate packages or at different times.

A delay beyond an estimated delivery date does not automatically mean that a shipment is lost or that a refund is due.

9. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged products, incorrect products, missing items, address-related issues, failed deliveries, and similar claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must obtain authorization from VastaVault before returning a product.

Do not send products to an address appearing on the original shipment or directly to a manufacturer, supplier, warehouse, or fulfillment facility unless specifically instructed to do so by VastaVault.

Because products may originate from different fulfillment facilities, the appropriate return location can vary by order.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates any return, refund, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

10. Third-Party Fulfillment and Services

VastaVault may use third-party suppliers, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, payment processors, technology providers, and other service providers to operate our business and fulfill orders.

The use of a third-party provider does not change your contractual relationship with VastaVault regarding purchases made directly from our store.

We may share information with service providers where reasonably necessary to process payments, fulfill orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, operate our website, and perform other legitimate business functions, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11. Product Availability

Product availability may change without notice.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, modify product offerings, or restrict sales where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

If a purchased product becomes unavailable before fulfillment and we cannot reasonably fulfill the order, we may cancel the affected product or order and issue the appropriate refund.

Promotions, discount codes, special offers, and sales may be subject to additional conditions disclosed with the applicable promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional offers cannot be redeemed for cash;
• Discount codes may be limited to one per transaction;

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify VastaVault for VastaVault’s own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be transferred.
